Really cute 80’s midi dress by Umba for Parnes Feinstein. Black with white dots, squares and triangles. V neckline with three black buttons, elastic waist with smocking at hips. 3/4 puff sleeves with shoulder pads. No tag for material but feels like a polyester mix.
