Amazing 70’s/80’s black sheer dress by Chez California. Puffed shoulder with billowy sleeves and satin cuffs, satin collar with beautiful sun fading and satin button backing all the way down the front. Has shoulder pads that can be easily removed. Meant to be worn flowy and not fitted. Looks great open worn as a duster as well!

In excellent condition - some sun fading around neckline, but in my opinion it adds to the garment and is not really a flaw.
